I am 16. Male 5′8″, 137 pounds. Pretty active (running and musculating every other day). To lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you eat. I hear I should eat about 2400 calories to remain at my present weight. How many calories should I eat to actually LOSE weight?
Say person A runs a mile everyday for a month at 3pm in 90 degree weather with 90% humity.
Person B runs a mile everyday for a month at 11pm when it is 75 degrees with 30% humity.
Would person A lose MORE weight than person B? or would they lose the same? or what?
