I’ve started running after a too long break, and after I’ve made about all possible mistakes as a runner. I’m following this beginners’ plan that I’ve found on runnersworld.com.<br />
I’m also trying to lose a few pounds, I used to go to the gym, but when running four days a week I can’t seem to fit it into my schedule…<br />
How many calories (approximately) am I burning?<br />
I&#8217;d like to know so I’ll decide whether or not it’s enough or that I need to add more aerobics.<br />
I’m 18 y.o, 5.1 inches tall and weight about 110 pounds.<br />
