Foods To Eat In Order To Lose Weight?
Simple question: What kind of foods can someone eat in order to lose weight? ie turkey, chicken breast, diet soda, green tea, etc etc etc

so far i know to:
-drink lots of green tea
-exercise
-eat lots of small meals
is there anything else?
I weigh 114 lbs and am 5 feet 5 inches tall.
if so, was it helpful at all? i know it is a source for helping you to have a bowel movement. i was just wondering if it helps you to lose weight?
