Im only working out doing taebo dvd, dancing with stars dvd, hip hop abs, bender ball method dvd. Im doing these work outs 5 times a week and is losing weight will I lose more if I work out the 7 days?

I am running about 2 miles per day with the intent of losing weight. I put on a sweatshirt to sweat more–does this actually help, or would I lose the same amount of weight just wearing a t-shirt, and in theory, sweating less. Thanks

i know its healthy to lose about 2 pounds a week, but if i take green tea extract pills along with a low calorie diet and about 40 – 80 minutes of exercise, would it help me lose more weight faster?

I am 16. Male 5′8″, 137 pounds. Pretty active (running and musculating every other day). To lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you eat. I hear I should eat about 2400 calories to remain at my present weight. How many calories should I eat to actually LOSE weight?

Say person A runs a mile everyday for a month at 3pm in 90 degree weather with 90% humity.
Person B runs a mile everyday for a month at 11pm when it is 75 degrees with 30% humity.
Would person A lose MORE weight than person B? or would they lose the same? or what?

The reason I ask this, is because I sweat a lot while on the treadmill but on the elliptical I burn more calories. So which is more beneficial to losing weight sweating or losing more calories?

I know thats a pound. But can you lose more weight than just a pound? Like lets say you burn 3,500 calories each week, for a month and you lose only 4 pounds. Can you lose more than just 4 pounds? Or would the rest be water weight?
