is this gonna help me lose? i also drink a bit alcohol-wise about twice a week but i&#8217;m a student so i can hardly avoid this without being unsociable!<br />
i&#8217;ve been doing general toning exercises everyday whenever i can and i walk a bit too wherever i can but i don&#8217;t have lots of time for large stints of cardio.<br />
what do you think?<br />
