My prom is coming up, and I’ve gained about 7 pounds since I bought the dress.
I can’t stick to a diet or a workout plan that will give results in just one week.
Any other options? Or routines that have worked for people?
I am considering crash-dieting.
But I’m staying healthy throughout this process.

I know all the facts and how anorexia and bulemia are bad for you. I’m not anorexic or bulemic and don’t plan on being so. I just want to know if not eating or throwing up after every meal for a short time will make me lose weight.
