I am eating abut 1,500 calories a day and working out at the gym, doing cardio, mostly treadmill, and elliptical and burning about 400 calories. How much weight should I lose a week. I just want to make sure I am doing things right.Thanks

If you cut down the number of calories you eat, drink lots of water and do 30-45 mins of exercise a day will you lose weight. Will you be able to lose 20-25 pounds by the end of June?
