How Do I Lose Weight Around My Uhh, Calves, Butt And Stomach.?

i know thats saying a lot, but since my calves are big, everything else looks big. any exercises or tips? and no advertisements for like acai berry and green tea! im not buying anything.

    Running, particularly distance running.
    Have you ever seen a marathon runner with large legs or butt?
    The reason for a large stomach is not really the stomach but rather it is your greater omentum which is where fat is stored. The weight in your legs and butt is mostly subcutaneous fat.
    After 20 minutes of consecutive exercise, your muscles will change from burning glucose to burning fat from your bloodstream. This will deplete the fat in your bloodstream (which is in your HDL and LDL lipoproteins and triglycerides circulating in the blood) when these get depleted, they are regenerated from food and fat cells (adipocytes) which shrinks the fat tissue.     Lifting weights will help just do a lot of lower weigh reps. This will increase the number of muscle cells that will burn the fat for you even when you sleep and burn it faster when you exercise.
    So, in short, diet and exercise.

    Cardio Workouts!
    Sign up to the gym, or go for a daily run around the neighborhood. When you have excess fat (like you have described), the best way to get rid of it is to burn in off. Cardio workouts is what burns that fat. Therefore, make sure you are getting a lot of exercise, and sweating while at at..!!

    I would do sittups or crunches for your belly, and like leg lifts for your legs –
    sitting down, lifting one leg up as high as you can, and back down without touching the floor…
    or same idea but make big circles with your legs, etc.
    make sure you do the same number on each leg.

    ok u should do exercises like joggin which is the most important in losin weight and do a lil of other exercises like cruches and sit ups… ummm.. oh and also eat healthy like proteins and fiber..and ur welcome.. :]
