My Weight Is The Same After Using Green Tea Diet Pills And Exercise!!!?
hi im trying lose at least 15 pounds for back to school and i’ve been taking greentea diet pills twice a day and eating reasonable healthy foods and most importantly exercising twice a day. i started taking it twice a day on june 8th. and it’s now june 23rd and i checked my weight and it’s the same!!
i mean when i didnt use it last year and just did it old fashion i lose about 7 pounds. i dont know. can you help me

Hey not to be very blunt here but theres only two things that will make someone lose weight
Exercise + Diet = Weight loss.
First off, your going to have to switch up your diet. Taking small steps is a great idea instead of shocking your body all at once. Maybe this week, cut out all sodas and fruit juices and only drink water or 1%/skim milk. Then next week incorperate more greens into your diet like if your having dinner, instead of having mashed potatos, you could heat up some frozen veggies and put that on your plate instead. Diet pills dont work at all! your better off just drinking green tea straight up, although there arent any solid facts on green tea, its supposidly good for your diet and boosts your metabolism. How much do you want to weigh? Usually, If your trying to lose 15 lbs, cut out 200-250 calories out of your diet. And yes your going to have to count calories. Heres the calculator – How much do you want to weight? (ex – 150 lbs) times that by 10 = 1500. Thats the amount of calories you must eat to maintain 150 lbs. For exercise – just do something for 30 minutes 4x a week. chose a day in the week where you want to relax. For me – its wendsday cause its hump day and eugh i hate wednsdays. I use exercise DVD disks because gyms arent for me. Gyms are an inconvenience – you have to go out of your way and drive to the gym and use their equipment and drink back. with an exercise on DVD – theres no excuse. I’ve heard a lot of mixed response with the green tea pills, I bought them yesterday so I’ll let you know how that goes ..
but, I’m vegan (no meat, no dairy) so all I eat is fruits, veggies, and whole grains. However, I still battle my weight ( 5′5 and 138 lbs.) The reason is because (for weight loss) a calorie is a calorie is a calorie. You need to count the calories in everything you eat, as soon as you do you’ll notice a significant weight loss. Also are you doing cardio? You would have to do 100 crunches a day for a year to lose a pound. Running, cycling, and using an elliptical will produce much faster, better, lasting weight loss. Lowering your calories can slow your metabolism, sometimes permanently. You will lose more body fat eating protein and fat (don’t eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL. To lose weight fast eat all you want but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter and half an avocado a day (you’ll need added potassium). Keep the calories high and the fat percentage high, at least 65% of calories. Adding in green vegetables & some cheese will continue weight loss but at a slower pace.

Get pork rinds and eat them with tuna salad. Steak for dinner. Make a huge sugar free cheese cake for dessert. Eat so much you won’t feel deprived of anything. By the fourth day, your addiction will be gone and you can start making healthy choices.
High insulin levels unbalance other hormones. Controlling your insulin level will balance out other hormones & allow human growth hormone (HGH) to be produced naturally so you will gain lean muscle even without exercise. Any exercise will greatly increase your muscle mass with high HGH levels.
Dr.Atkins was a cardiologist, low carb was a health plan easier sold as a “diet” Read any of his books for easily understandable science. Lutz “Life without Bread” & Taubes “Good calorie, bad calorie” are excellent books that dispel all the nutrition myths.
