just green tea.
drinking it helps you boost your metabolism (through caffeine and other ingredients/antioxidants)
you could also try black coffee or black tea.
but dont ever fall into the green tea pill diet thing! I promise you that as soon as you stop taking them it will come right back on.

It’s real tea.
But the benefits are debatable, and it doesn’t really help to lose weight. Some studies have shown some action but they are quite disputed and certainly, there is no fast and magic action to hope from it!
Basically, all the companies that promise amazing results if you buy their tea are scammers.http://www.fat-loss-reviews.info/wu-long…

The plain ol’ stuff you find in the grocery store… and the compound that’s supposed to assist in weight loss is more concentrated in tea you brew (as opposed to those bottled green tea drinks)… also, it won’t really matter if you load it up with sugar (that will cancel out its good effects), so just be aware.
