No offence, but 19 stone at your height – and any height – is very overweight, and drinking water for a week will not permanently get rid of the excess weight.
It takes a change of diet and lifestyle, and you need to realise that before any weight comes off unfortunately
Weight Watchers or a similar healthy approach, is brilliant for losing weight effectively and steadily, but you need to be dedicated and willing to exercise more

It’s the only way to really lose weight
that will definantly not be easy to stick to and you will probably end up hospitalized. you also wouldnt lose fat – only water weight & muscle (which you wont regain again) and you will feel crap, weak, tired..start to see dark circles under eyes, weak and brittle nails, pale skin, faint and all other effects on your body.
just start exercising 30 mins a day and eat healthy!! no junk foods and ONLY water (8-10 glasses a day). Think of it as a lifestyle change, not a diet. A healthy mind & a healthy body.
Grow up! If you really want to lose weight you should do it properly! You’re obviously not committed, you just want a quick fix. The only way you can lose weight is through a healthy diet and exercise!
no. You’ll probably die of malnutrition, or at least pass out if all you do is drink water. Fix your diet and get some exercise if you want to lose weight.
