Question About Green Tea & Apple Cider Vinegar Diet???
I know these are natural home dieting remedies, but I have a quick question. Green tea, & ACV is known to be effective for weight loss for many years. People say that if you drink 2-3 teaspoons of ACV mixed with 8 oz.of water before every meal you will lose weight, & if you drink 3-4 cups of green tea daily it will help with weight loss. Well, I drunk an eight oz. glass of water with ACV the day before yesterday during the day & at night I drunk a decaffenaited cup of green tea before bed- I weigh myself everyday to see how I’m doing on my weight, I stay between 132-131.8 lbs, I weighed myself yesterday & today & I went down to 127 lbs in a day- WOW so quick 4-5 pounds in a day. I’m assuming if I continue drinking a cup of green tea everyday & a cup of ACV with water everyday, I’ll reach my goal weight in about 1 1/2 week. I want to know- is that healthy??? I thought green tea & ACV are good for you. Why am I loosing weight so quickly? Thanx.
Always in the beginning of a diet you often lose water. Start doing some sort of cardio so you will gain muscle as well. If what you are doing is working stick with it.
