I don’t know how into this your daughter would be but my way to lose weight is through hoopdance. Basically, hoopdance is like hula hooping to the next level. I hate exercise and I was a junk food junkie with a bad sweet tooth (okay I still am) but when I started hoopdancing (keep in mind, I was never able to use a hula hoop before) I started losing weight because the hoop was so much fun and I didn’t even realize I was working out. I have lost 40 lbs. in 3 months and I know this will work. Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, eat your last meal 2-3 hours before you go to sleep.This keeps your metabolism going so you burn calories. Do not starve yourself or your body will go into survival mode where anything you eat will turn into FAT. This will help a lot but if you want more results you should exercise 3-4 days (or more if you have the time) a week, include weight training and especially cardio (walking especially running). Once you start see results you’ll want to keep going.
