    Hey will,
    There is so much BS going around about weight loss. Some is decent advice but most of it is horrible.
    The most important thing for fat loss, is that your diet is as natural and unprocessed as possible. It almost always comes back to the over processing of food that makes it bad for you, and makes it totally destroy your metabolism and hormone balance in your body. For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains. Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of sugar from a high nutrient whole food like fruit. Why eat highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils (these are THE worst thing in the modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meat, and so forth. The point is to not fall for some gimmick like low carbs, low fat, high protein, or any other combination that has you focusing on one macronutrient vs. another. Your body needs all macronutrients to thrive and obtain a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Trying to cut an entire food group out just works against what your body needs.
    Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. You will get to where you want to be. You really have to want it, I did, and I’m at my goal weight now.     if u eat in proportions and chew your food well you can loose weight…its not what you eat its how you eat it…and just stay away A LOT of carbs and friend/unhealthy food…eat small portions and eat every 3 hrs….but remeber…SMALL portions….train urself to eat in a smaller plate..that way u trick ur mind into being full because it ate THE WHOLE plate…even tho its a small plate…be active and walk a lot…dont be a couch potatoe..drink water half an hour b4 u eat…and you’ll loose weight…LOTS OF WATER during the day will help just dont drink so much that you can droun your cells…no joke you can do tht…and die…Im not playing….take your body weight and cut it in half..that is how many ounces a day of water you should drink..so let say you are 100lbs..then you only have to drink about 50 ounces of water a day

    celery and watermelon….you can eat as much as you want because they dont have anything in them but water. If you can handle skim milk it would help and of course yogurt. Instead of ground beef try ground turkey it doesnt taste bad. Just make sure you eat a lot of vegetable and fruit with water that tends to help a lot on its own.

    well. dont eat desserts. bread, high fattening foods. instead eat lean meat or fish, salads, and veggies . Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and exercise. But i would suggest consulting your doctor before starting an exercise program or diet. goodluck. glad to be of help i hope.

    foods that are low in simple carbs/bad fats/sugar, and high in protein.
    like lean meats, veggies, and eggs/egg whites, and fruits are definitely fine as well
    just no sodas or deserts, or sugary snacks

    Eating food doesn’t burn fat. What makes you think you can eat food, and you’ll magically lose weight? You need to exercise fatty.

    Yea Umm I think that salad that is the worst way skipping eating like a king or queen u coulde try like a breakfast ceareal like Kellogs or their new cocolate bar thingy or go on Jenny Craig it really works just trust me

    celery
    spicy foods ( it temporarily speeds up your metabolism)
    milk
    yogurt
    fruit/veggies
    but make sure you work out.. it will help so much

    eat alot of meat without carbs… checken and red meats have negetive caleries… u dont wanna eat too much red meat so mainly eat chicken with vegtebals on the side… no friens or soda or bread!!!
