Will Eating Like This Help Me Lose Weight?
I decided to start cutting down on my calories and all that and I don’t plan on eating all this everyday but based on what I ate today is this a diet? I had:
Breakfast-small bowl of special K
and two pieces of cinnnamon raisan toast with peanut butter
Lunch-Can of Chunky Potato Broccoli and Cheese Soup
Snack- small piece of mild cheddar cheese
Dinner- small plate of slow cooked porkchops and sourkraut
Drink- I had a glass of 1% milk, can of seltzer water, and a cup of green tea
What must I add, take away, or keep the same?
its fine i would just drink a lot more water.
first of all, you should have at least 6 cups of water a day. Its not the calories.
For breakfest have a cup of cereal and half cup of milk, also have a fruit
Snack: yogurt, fruit or granola bar
Lunch:scrambled eggs, sandwich, chicken, turkey
You should have a palm size of meat and if you have fries have half your portion.
Snack: yogurt, granolabar, fruit
Dinner: meat, fish, 1/2 cup of a vegtable and 1/2 cup of rice or potatoes
Snack: fudgicle or popsicle, or fruit
Make sure you have 3 fruits a day!
You can also make smoothies in a blender.

the complete diet is all wrong. is full of carbs and saturate fat and no protein at all.chesse, porkchops,peanut butter?i think u r trying to gain weight.there are not integral cereal on it, no fruits,no grill chicken breast, no vegetables.just check once again all this on your list and find out if there is something nutritive on them (i dont think so) if you wanna diet you should also think about eating what your body needs, you need to have a good nutrition and a low fat diet as well.you didnt mention what was your age either or if u exercise or practice some sport.no diet will ever work if you dont work out at all.

take away the peanut butter on the toast.
take away the cheddar cheese
take away the pork chops and the sour kraut
ADD
Vegetables, Fruit, and More Water.
Exercise Daily You don’t have to do major exercise just walk like 2 miles each day or do something that makes you sweat.
check the sodium intake on that broccoli and cheese soup. Sodium will make you bloat
