Only food without sugar. In the bread is sugar, in the lemon juice is sugar, the hamburger as well. It’s hard to eat without sugar because this is what the market offers us. So, concentrate on choosing food without sugar and fat; ( cholesterol = is actually the animal fat in human body).

By eating the unhealthy foods and exercising you are building fat under the muscle which will actually make you look bulkier.
Its mostly not what you should eat but what you shouldn’t eat.
    A) Cut out ALL these foods: anything with corn syrup, soda, chips, fried anything, and artifficial butter.
    B) Eat whole grains, drink juice, lots of water, veggies, cheese, eggs, lean meats, fruit, and dark chocolate!

it is okay to eat everything thing that you reguarally eat but don’t eat too much. try to eat more fruits and vegetables and tell your mom your plans about losing weight. When you work out wear sweatpants and a light jacket over your shirt so you will sweat more and lose water weight. drink plenty of water and try to workout early in the morning. try not to miss a day of working out if you can. if you miss a day it makes it harder for you to work out the day after that.

If you are this obsessed with losing weight already, you may be heading towards an eating disorder. Five pounds isn’t something that you need to be so concerned about. Also where are you getting your information about your ideal weight? If you are looking at BMI then don’t, most people don’t realize this but since BMI doesn’t take muscle vs fat into account, it’s possible to fit under the category of morbidly obese and have almost no fat on you. Try to be happier with yourself and stop worrying about what you might look like 40 years from now.

Think back to what we used to eat – think back to the ancient history classes. We used to eat meat, vegetables, use herbs for flavour, pick fruit and berries off trees and eat nuts and avocados. There was no McDonalds, no muffins, no cakes, no sugary delights and we did a lot of exercise and walking because we had to.
When in doubt think about the food, is it natural – if so its good, if its not natural read the packet to see if it only has 1 or 2 things in it or has 20 different starches and fillers. Stay away from anything with a million things in it you have never heard of. Snack on fruit, maybe even go shopping with your mum and pick lots of healthy options so you have things you can eat at home.
I know how you feel it is hard to not eat what is around the house. Where i grew up we were very healthy and had small portions and treats were milk and a cookie. When I was in school though I used to visit my Mum who was overweight (still is) and had an overweight persons fridge, it was filled with tim tams, arnott creams, icecream, a cheesecake, high fat everything, the cooking was done using a massive barrel of fat. Portions were so big I couldnt finish but no doubt someone in the house always finished it for me.
While when there I tried to stick to options like sultana bran and bananas (which was the only fruit they ate and they only had 1 type vegetable that was in the house and it was frozen not even fresh). Even trying to eat healthy I still used to put on 5 plus kilos on just a 3 week holiday staying there which i would then have to try to lose when I got back home. Needless to say everyone who lived in that high fat house all are morbidly obese now with many health problems.
You need to break out now and start learning whats healthy, research the net. Learn about carbs protein and fat. They are all essential but the high refined carbs you want to stay away from (white bread, pasta, sugar and fast food) you instead want wholemeal and healthy fruit. As for fats you want the olive oils and the avocodos but want to stay away from trans fats (which is in almost all fast food these days). Trans fats goes straight to the stomach which is the most dangerous place to carry weight. Protein is very helpful for losing weight, its healthy and filling.
Have lots of healthy meat options, low glycemic carbs and healthy fats and you will be on your way to a long and prosperous life.
I have attached a site that I found helped me when I was considering exercise and eating. I hope it helps you.http://www.hussmanfitness.org/

My doc told me that is unhealthy to eat only once a day. You should eat small portions of fruits or vegetables as a snack multiple times a day. Don’t eat til your full, just snack on a few grapes, apples slices, orange slices, banana, peaches, crackers, peanuts, etc. And a few hours later again.
When you do eat a meal, make it a salad or at least small portions of whatever your mom makes. As long as you eat to boost up your metabolism. If you don’t eat, your body stores fat because it don’t know when you will eat again. It does help me. I have alot more weight to lose than that too.
Plus try water or flavored water (if you dont like water) instead of sodas.
Hope this helps and good luck!!

ok this really sounds like your mom’s cooking is the problem it will really all lead back to this. maybe you should have a talk with your mom and what she feeds you because this can easily be the problem here. Also never starve yourself for a day like that you will just gain the weight back and more you need to eat about 5 meals of about 300- 400 calories a day and exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. Losing weight fast is also a bad idea you want to lose about a pound every week thats a healthy weight loss. You should be eating foods like fruit and vegetables of course, and foods that are good for lunch would be stuff like peanut butter and jelly or peanut butter and celery really good sandwiches for lunch and maybe some fruit insted of chips. But mainly talk to your mom about what she cooks for you.

Negative Calorie Foods

The phrase, "negative calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest than they contain. Since the process of digestion requires the use of calories for energy, sometimes the net amount of metabolizable energy available from a food is less than the gross number of calories contained in the food.
