Eat less. Move more. That’s the best way to lose fat. Basic thermodynamics, if you burn more calories (heat) than you’re taking in, you will start to burn fat.
Here’s something to think about: 1 lb. of fat= 3,600 calories.
Now, that might freak you out at first, but don’t worry: with hard work, and a lot of willpower, you can melt that fat off like butter. I would know, in a matter of 5 weeks, I lost 30 pounds.
Just don’t decide to starve yourself because your body will decide it’s starving, and whatever nutrients you DO get will be completely absorbed by your body.
One very important bit of advice: Do NOT do the same exercise the same way every day. Also give yourself at least a day in the week to relax.
Also, you do NOT want to overtrain yourself. You will end up doing less good for your body.
    Good Luck!

    Hi Meilha,
Losing a stone in a week would cause you some serious health issues and is not possible aside from maybe starving yourself. If you eat sensibly and excercise daily you will lose weight and of course once you get to your Nans pool that is great excersise!
You could try reducing the amount of stodgy foods ( bread, potatoes etc) and eat more vegies and salad. Also cut out softdrinks and cordials and replace with water. That will help with your skin as well as your weight.
    Good Luck!

The key for losing weight is not difficult – eat less and workout more often – the problems appear when we in reality try to put that into operation! There are a lot of opportunities to fail out there don’t you think?! The only thing that clearly delivered for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials in stock, it has been highlighted in Reader’s Digest and CNN. I worked off 25 pounds, it clearly does produce results!

1 stone is gonna be tuff if you have no prior experence with fitness, but if you eat well and do plenty of cardio you could lose a couple of pounds.
Swimming is a good one to help lose weight , and watch what you eat too.

no u can’t lose 14lbs in a week, i mean maybe u could lose it in water weight if u took a ton of laxatives and diuretics, which i wouldnt recommend–especially for someone ur age—but u could tone up and drop a lb or two in a week…

    Hot Yoga
you lose 5 pounds the first time you do it
it’s yoga, except in a boiling room
the second you walk in you start perfusively sweating
    good luck

Yes, you could probably lose weight but be careful and make sure to eat as much as you need.
(A lot of vegetables, fruits and such things)

Yea, you will lose weight, but you’re going to need to do something at home to keep off the weight.
