What Works Best For Helping Lose Weight?
i go run or walk every morning and do a workout after that and jus wanted to know if anyone knows what diet kinda stuff would help lose lil more weight than normally would? oh and does alli or green tea stuff actually work?

Well, I just got off of Alli. Sure, it’ll keep you from eating fats, but what I’m more worried about is the carbs – my doctor told me to eat low carb foods and take in as little as possible. Alli is good for some people, because it absorbs fats. However, if you’re like me, you want to keep down the carbs.
What I would suggest doing is making a custom dietary plan. That’s what I have to do. I make it so that I hardly have any breads, sugars, or anything else with carbs. I also make it so I can get in some fats, as I have to be able to absorb the vitamin D pills I take.
Lastly, the best thing for losing weight – along with exercising, of course, – is limiting your food intake. I’m fifteen and I weigh 250lbs at only 5′7″. It can be hard to eat less because I need my “comfort foods,” but it really does work. If you ate just a little while ago and your stomach says you’re hungry again, try telling yourself you’re not. You don’t need your diet plans/supplements to do this. Mind over matter!
