Can I Lose Weight If I Reduce My Food To One Meal A Day?

I cannot seem to lose weight at all. I eat healthy and I do not eat that much. But every time I do eat I feel guilty no matter what it is. I am 5 ft 4 in and 155 lbs. I want to be 120 lbs. I wear a size 10 in clothes but I want to be a 5 or 6.

VERY bad idea! Not eating reduces your energy and your metabolism…making weight gain a way more easier thing to happen to you! Eat fruits and vegetables! RAW and PLAIN ones! Very important…set small goals or you’ll over whelm yourself
but most importantly—don’t starve yourself…It’s the biggest mistake you can make! Eat, but eat healthy! Good luck!

It looks like you have thoughts of anorexia on your mind.
you have an excellent goal. you should get a trainer at the gym, and tell them about what you want to succeed. trust me, my mom has one and she DOES NOT loose weight easily at all, and he’s really helping her. You just need someone to encourage you. If you want your training to be more personal than you could always just make a schedule to training something simple in the beginning and as your body starts to adjust to working out daily, then create a workout more intermediate and then more difficult.
hope this helps, good luck! =)

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

no your body will go into starvation mode and store all your calories. the best way to lose weight is to exercise and eat small meals every 3 1/2 hours because eating actually burns calories. 1% cottage cheese is great and filling with some fruit or vegetables. no breads, pasta, white rice or alcohol. genetic has a lot to do with your weight too if your family is also heavy be careful and take care of it now.

The best thing to do is eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day.
Exercise is the most important thing you can do if you want to lose weight. Exercising an hour a day, six days a week is the best thing you can do to lose weight. It’s hard to notice results initially, but exercise jumpstarts your bodies metabolism so even if you are eating alot, your body burns the calories quickly and efficitently.

If you were to add exercise into your day you would sure lose alot faster. One meal per day is never recommended, your body is’nt meant to eat like this.

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
