drink water and hot green tea only, and have low stress. Any other suggestions? I just want be at 125-130
Try a ketogenic diet. You must consume around 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% fat, and with not enough glucose from carbs, your body will begin to burn body fat into ketones so your brain can use those to fuel itself. You won’t burn muscle (this is protein sparing), but burn body fat. However, you want to carb-load one day a week, such as a sunday, then begin eating high fat foods. Don’t worry about having too much saturated fat – it’s not a problem. You can buy ketostix at a drug-store to see if you’re positive for ketosis (which isn’t bad). It’s a natural body mechanism for survival, and it works. Google Lyle McDonald’s: The Ketogenic Diet.
Or visit bodybuilding.com’s forums. Under nutrition, there is a sub forum about keto that is helpful. You don’t need to be a bodybuilder for this, but do exercise and drink plenty of water if you do this.
