How Could I Lose Weight In One Week, Without Destorying My Health,?

Most likely I know that this question has been asked by many, however do to a recent event(that I have to work with) it seems most important that I due find the answer to this question. For a sub question, how could I lose body fat around my stomach with fast results?

    thedailyplate dot com great source of info.. plug in info & goals & it tells you your calorie goal per day.
    You will only lose so much a week anyway.. But cut calories, cut snacks, cut sugary stuff, cut soda (basically everything great)..
    Then you can get that ab of steel which after 3 tiems doing 1 workout per time, I already saw lines cut in my stomach.
    You can also start using like a back brace or girdle to help “shape” the area. This is only a temp thing… I’ve heard if you use the spice Alum on your stomach it will help tighten it.

    lower you calorie intake by taking out 500 calories a day.
    do not eat anything before you sleep, but if you are really hungry eat no more that 200 calories worth of oatmeal.
    exercise as much as you can, like during commercials or during your lunch break.

    Lately i have been trying to loose weight and build up a six pack. And i have had very fast results by going out every morning and taking a jog. Right when I’m done i come back and do sit ups.
    so far i have lost 10 pounds in about 2 weeks
    so give it a try

    I have been doing nutrisystem, and it works great. However if you only have one week…. You need to eat low calorie, high protein, high fiber. The protien and fiber will help you feel full. Do some pilates and lots of cardio!

    go in an push up position, but dont move. just stay like that for 2 mins and do that every day for 1 month and you will most likely see results

    you could try running, tybo exercises, palaties
