Are There Any Other Ways I Could Lose Weight Without Doing Alot Of Work?

im 16 and i weigh over 170 pounds 5′3 tall .. and just a week ago i ordered these weight loss pills (Green Tea Extreme) pills. and ive been using them since then i havent lost a pound and durning that same week ivve been working out and eating healthy but i havent lost a thing! ive heard about those weight loss skin wraps on commericals and i was wondering if i could do that or do you have to be a certain age to do that? and do u kno of any other healthy weight loss pills i could use?i really wanted to look different before school starts but i dont kno if i could lose all that in 2 months please i need some advice and tips! i would like to lose as much as i can in 2 months but how? i KNOW u have to eat good small portions and exercise alot, BUT ive been doing that for a longgg time with no results

    no no no.. just diet and do what you normally, you’ll lose weight.
    the trick is to not eat after seven… that’s when you slow down and all the fat from the food sits when you sleep.
