If yoiu want to lose weight and keep it off change your eating habits and start exercizing. Eat a well balanced diet, small portions and start a light workout daily and add to it as you think you can handle more.
If you try fasting you’ll lose it a very unhealthy way and gain back twice as much as you lost.
    Good luck!

You may not lose any weight at all, your body may shut down realizing it has no food and conserve all the fat it can.

You cannot lose more than two lbs a week without damaging your muscles and brain and thus making you body more fat.
    *
WALK two hours a day and eat fruit and vegetables continuously and the weight will melt off quicker and quicker as time goes by and you will permanently increase your metabolism.
    *
Green tea or bancha tea is great – you cannot drink too much – do not drink lemonade.
    *
Also – your body stops burning fat whenever you sit down.

one pint of water = about 1 lb.

also 53x helps a lot with losing weight.

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. You body needs: proteins, vitamins, fiber, and minerals each day. You may make yourself very ill and you may even be courting death with such a plan. Don’t be stupid! Diet the right way and get out and exercise!

That is not very healthy try doing it for only up to 2 weeks. You will just end up gaining it back if you do that hard core diet.

You’d be better off getting a juicer and doing a juice fast making your own fresh juices. But really, like the first person said, it’s not a healthy way to lose weight. Your body would lose a lot of nutrients, which would have an impact on your physical, mental, and emotional well being. I know from personal experience. You need to have a balance of carbs and proteins in your diet, as well as fruits and veggies. Even with raw juice fasting, you are not going to get all the vitamins and minerals that your body needs. You could become deficient in all of the B vitamins, as well as iron. And if you did just lemonade and green tea it would be even worse. Besides, if you lose weight that fast, once you start eating, you’ll gain the weight faster than you lost it. It’s better to just eat balanced meals and exercise regularly. Good luck.
