im 14 and weigh 152 im 5′4
i know im not skinny lol
but my sister and i got enrolled in a gym we’re doing that 6x a week
1 hour of aerobics and probably 1 hour of mixes machines
i have a goal set to be at around 130 by september
is this realistic
i think the exercise is ok [...]
