Can I Lose Weight In 9 Days If….?

i am an 18 year old male and weigh 190 lbs. and i wanted to know if can i lose weight in 9 days if i go to the gym and run/walk on the treadmill for an hour or an hour and 1/2 every one of those 9 days and if i can how many calories should i eat a day and how much could i burn..im also drinking diet lipton green tea, does that help u lose weight?… Please answer but only answer if you really really know..thank you.

    This is just too fast. You should focus on losing FAT. If you just focus on losing weight, what proportion of the weight is fat.. A large part of it could just be water and valuable muscle. Muscle lost will cause your metabolism to be sluggish and set you up for rebound weight gain. Water loss will be regained as rapidly as you lost it. This is a recipe for massive rebound weight gain.
    You should focus on losing FAT. You can lose at most, 1 to 2 lbs of fat per week. Most likely you could lose up to 2 lbs only if you add resistance training to your regime. Here is some other information that you may find useful in connection with your question;
