How Do You Lose Weight If Food Is Your Only Friend?

Join a gym or Weight Watchers, then you can make new friends while loosing weight at the same time. Looking at your user name makes me think your depressed or sad, so maybe that’s why you think food is your only friend. Taking long walks at a park is really great, clears your head and you might bump into someone who feels lonely too. Good Luck.

    Join non food groups.Start a scrabble group,knitting,scrapbooking,biking ,walking.Make human friends.Join weight watchers.Plenty of folks there that are trying to break up with their food friends.Good luck.

    Vegetarian is the best way to go. You can eat lots of tasty stuff and it’s almost alway very healthy.

    Or make a new friend called exercise.
