find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week – its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast – they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner – repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried – no junk food.
Eat a high protein extremely low in white even whole grain bread diet. This will jump start your metabolism.
Drink lots of water.
8-10 glasses of water is the best bar none!!! Stay away from the trans-fat and put only the good oils in your salads such as cold-pressed olive oil, etc.
Black-eyed peas (beans) are the best for the last meal of the day to do what you want and turn your sugars into energy… that burns the bad fat!!! Cold-pressed oils and omega 3-6-9 are good fats… and your body needs them…
actually we were having a discussion on this in school today, the best way is to eat breakfast, and for best results eat an apple during breakfast, because, an apple can wake u up, its good for u, and it helps raise your metabolism.
of coarse!!! there are so many things today little pills to put in water and stuff that will boost that metabolism right up, but you got most of em right there!!! start burnin baby!! good luck!!
