What Can I Add To My Water To Make Me Lose Weight?

I know green tea(hot) tea helps burn fat but is there someThing I can add to help. I’ve also heard drinking water will help u get full so u don’t crave food as much but is there any diets or citrus foods that help too?

    Alexandr,what you have heard about green tea is true,it’s very beneficial for your health and it contains a lot of antioxidants and it’s also a natural diuretic as well,which means that you use the bathroom a lot especially if you drink a lot of water like I do,I have drank green tea for years and always drink a ton of water too,I never go out of the house with out my water bottle in hand.You can use some lemon or lime in your water but it really just will flavor it for you,it doesn’t help you loose weight but it can make a tasty change in your water,hope this helps you out,Tomb Raider.

    Just cut down on your calories and eat healthier. Foods that are low in fat and sugar. Drink lots of plain water. This is how you lose weight. You don’t need to add this and that to your water.

    The only thing that “burns” fat is sustained aerobic activity, or starvation. The process which converts fat stores to glucose doesn’t happen unless your blood glycogen is exhausted.

    You can add fresh lemon juice to your water. Drink water 30 minutes before your meals. Don’t drink water for 2 hours after meals.

    nothing justregular water wil give you energy to lose weight by exercising
