Can You Still Lose Weight If You Only Exersize But Continue To Eat Junk Food?
Ok I want to lose weight but like everyone else, I love junk food. I drink ALOT of sodas and eat fast food often. I think I can cut down on the soda a bit and the fast food but not entirely. If I ran on my treadmill for 15 minutes a day and continued my eating habits will I still lose weight? or will it just keep me from gaining weight? Thank you.
You might maintain your weight, but you wont lose it. You can only lose weight if you do Exercise AAAANNNNDDD diet. Not one or other. Doing one or the other just maintains your weight. If your happy with your weight, then do what you mentioned, but if you want to lose it then lose the mc ds and sodas. Real food exists. Btw, 15 minutes is definitely not enough. Shoot for 30.
It is feasible to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight fast then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as fast. probably not. try cutting the pop to 1 a day and fast food to once a week until you can do that daily without thinking about it. if you are still eating bad, you need to run for longer than that, like 30-45 minutes.
