Whats The Best Way To Lose Weight Fast?

i need to lose a good amount of weight by may 10th, is there anything i can do to really help this? oh and would green tea help at all?

    Green tea is good for you, there’s no doubt about it. Lots of antioxidants in it, but it’s no guarantee that you will shed some pounds.
    Stop drinking pop. Cut out sweets from your diet. Eat more fruits and veggies in place of your normal meals (so instead of downing a cheeseburger or macaroni and cheese, have a garden salad or a fruit salad). Exercise. It doesn’t have to be strenuous, but at least aim for thirty minutes a day.
    And don’t completely deprive yourself! Remember to reward yourself when you have done well.

    Cardio, hunny, cardio.
    Run every day. A mile at the least.
    Definitely sit ups and jumping jacks.
    Stretch before you do anything though.
    Running up and down the stairs at least 20 times a day will help.
    Eat a well balanced diet.
    You have a couple of months, so work out every day.

    Green tea will definately help! It boosts your metabolism and burns fat naturally, so drink up!
    You also need to pay close attention to the foods you are eating. Eat only whole natural fat burning foods, don’t eat anything processed and run from anything that says low carb, low calorie, low fat on the label!

    Green tea is GREAT for your metabilism and to give you energy. You can drink it as well as buy the green tea pills. Drinking 100% cranberry helps also. Drinking water with apple cider viniger is gross but great at burning fat as well
