When I Am Trying To Lose Weight Is It Better To Eat Food Higher In Calories/carbs Early In The Morning?

I am trying to lose weight now that summer is coming and after a winter of hard lifting and was wondering if you can still eat foods in higher calories early in the morning without it affecting your weight.

    No carbs at night is a great general rule of thumb to lose weight.

    Stay active after having high calories meal in the morning. Best to avoid high calories before bed.
