    Green tea is the only of the three which contains caffeine, although they do make caffeine-free green tea. Because of that stimulant, I never feel hungry after a nice big cup of hot or iced green tea. I always buy the loose leaf stuff and stuff it into the tea baggies you can buy at a Japanese or Chinese market. They also sell “diet” tea at those markets, but I’ve never tried them. Stick with the green tea, but don’t drink it too late, or you’ll be too hyper to sleep.
