How Many Calories Do I Need To Take In And Burn To Lose Weight?
Im 16 years of age, and I am trying to lose weight. Im 6 ft. tall and weigh 215 pounds. Also at the same time i am lifting weights and working out to build up muscle. How many calories do i need to burn to lose weight ? How many calories should i be taking in to lose 2-4 pounds a week? what is the best cardio workout?

Start of slow but if I would recommend, the walking(or jogging or running), will have an impact on your muscles. It even works on your stomach so keep that in mind. Understand that when we work out, our muscles are tightening and our heart is beating fast. That’s when you wanna take advantage because you burn more calories that way.
Is like that saying goes…the harder you workout, the better it will be in the long run. One day at a time, remember. Is not about how much you eat or not, is about how much your body can take and get used to it.
