Drinking Green Tea Over Water?

Right now I drink only water and skim milk (I’ve been dieting for a year and have lost 70 lbs). When I first started to lose weight i also started drinking green tea, but then decided to stop. Now I am lifting and trying to get cut, will drinking some green tea throughout the day help to burn off some of my extra fat? Basically, does water do just as good of a job if not better? Or should i Implement green tea into my diet?

skim milk? switch over to soy and watch the cholesterol and more weight drop.
you have to drink water.. it’s the purest hydrant you have… green tea is only something you should drink moderately anyways.

Primary ingredient in green tea….. WATER!
The antioxidants are very helpful, but not a sub and you wont see extra weight loss from the tea. good for the heart, yes, raise the metabolism, no.

Green tea is a good anti oxidant and I would really recommend about 3 cups a day. It helps with some weight loss but not a lot.
