I haven’t studied up on the effects the various teas have on the metabolism, if any. Just wanted to say that green tea is an extremely healthy tea to drink. Here are a few links where you can read up on it.http://www.cancer.org/docroot/ETO/conten…http://www.pdrhealth.com/drug_info/nmdru…http://www.aim4health.com/greentea.htm

I found the results of combining green tea, which aids in weight-loss, combined with calcium (coral calcium), which if you’re deficient in, causes you to release calcitriol, which has been shown to cause weight gain, works better than green tea alone.

Yes they do. Which is better they have there own properties. I do know for sure that green tea help the body flush the toxins out. Than alone helps with the metabolism because you are getting rid of the bad stuff that slows you down. Check on these websites for more info. http://www.o-cha.com & chinesefood.about.com.
