Any Safe Foods Or Vitamins That Really Take Away Your Appetite So You Can Lose Weight?
I used to take an appetite suppressant (ephedrine) but it was causing dangerous health problems so I stopped. But now I am ravenously hungry all the time and I’m afraid I’ll gain back the weight too fast even though I’m trying to exercise more. So I’m wondering if there is anything safe out there that really suppresses appetite or helps you lose weight? I’ve tried hoodia and it only makes me more hungry…I’ve heard green tea, coffee, cayenne pepper supplements, omega-3 fatty acids supplements help…a little. Is there anything else? Or do any of the above not really work? Have any of you found something that really does suppress your appetite?
Here’s what is happening to you: Sugar is making you hungry.
When we eat sugar (or anything the body turns into sugar, such as simple carbs, ie tortilla chips, white bread) the sugar signals our brain to keep eating ’cause we are still hungry. That’s why you can eat a whole bowl of tortilla chips and keep right on eating.
The solution is to get as much simple carbs (sugar) out of the diet as possible. Eat protein (beans) and vegetables instead – lots of fiber too, it’ll make you feel full.
You need to eat to lose weight. If you go without food for an extended amount of time your body will store more of the calories you consume as body fat. In order to keep yourself healthy & satisfied I suggest you learn about and eat nutriet-dense foods. They can supply much needed nutrients without supplying excessive calories.
Drinking water when the hunger urge comes along can help you. Drinking water instead of diet drinks will also help you, as water contains no artificial flavoring, coloring, or sweeteners. Water helps cleanse your body, and with detoxifying.
Also, dump the junk and processed foods. Stick with fresh, whole foods, and lots of water.

form a support group. Make yourself accountable to someone like your parents/relatives/friends/partners. Best yet, get them to participate in a healthy lifestyle.
try these simple tips -
1) Eat more steam food, lean meat, lean protein, vegies and fruits
2) Cut out the junk food, soda drinks and snacks. Get rid of the junk food from the cupboards! Eat cashew / almond nuts instead.
3) drink plenty of water / green tea
4) Exercise – look at combining weights and cardio into your program. you can look at alternating upper and lower body exercises without rest, say bicep curls, then lunges , rest and repeat. With cardio, try sprinting 100m, jog 100m and repeat.

5) Have 5-6 healthy meals a day(1 plate portions) to keep your body satisfied

7) have an action plan for long term goals, start off with small goals and increase it gradually over time. And you will see in your size drop.

coffee – fills up stomach + smelling it can suppress appetite
cayenne pepper – principle of spicy foods will boost metabolism by a bit
omega-3 EFA – helps in long term

try to stay away from

i only eat t-bone steak every three months

eating healthy and training your brain
it has to become a life style not a diet
oh yeah another thing
hoodia was made for hunger pains
