Any Safe Foods Or Vitamins That Really Take Away Your Appetite So You Can Lose Weight?

I used to take an appetite suppressant (ephedrine) but it was causing dangerous health problems so I stopped. But now I am ravenously hungry all the time and I’m afraid I’ll gain back the weight too fast even though I’m trying to exercise more. So I’m wondering if there is anything safe out there that really suppresses appetite or helps you lose weight? I’ve tried hoodia and it only makes me more hungry…I’ve heard green tea, coffee, cayenne pepper supplements, omega-3 fatty acids supplements help…a little. Is there anything else? Or do any of the above not really work? Have any of you found something that really does suppress your appetite?

    Here’s what is happening to you: Sugar is making you hungry.
    When we eat sugar (or anything the body turns into sugar, such as simple carbs, ie tortilla chips, white bread) the sugar signals our brain to keep eating ’cause we are still hungry. That’s why you can eat a whole bowl of tortilla chips and keep right on eating.
    The solution is to get as much simple carbs (sugar) out of the diet as possible. Eat protein (beans) and vegetables instead – lots of fiber too, it’ll make you feel full.

    You need to eat to lose weight. If you go without food for an extended amount of time your body will store more of the calories you consume as body fat. In order to keep yourself healthy & satisfied I suggest you learn about and eat nutriet-dense foods. They can supply much needed nutrients without supplying excessive calories.

    Drinking water when the hunger urge comes along can help you. Drinking water instead of diet drinks will also help you, as water contains no artificial flavoring, coloring, or sweeteners. Water helps cleanse your body, and with detoxifying.
    Also, dump the junk and processed foods. Stick with fresh, whole foods, and lots of water.

    Enjoy food in moderation. life has plenty to offer.
    try these simple tips -
    1) Eat more steam food, lean meat, lean protein, vegies and fruits
    2) Cut out the junk food, soda drinks and snacks. Get rid of the junk food from the cupboards! Eat cashew / almond nuts instead.
    3) drink plenty of water / green tea
    4) Exercise – look at combining weights and cardio into your program. you can look at alternating upper and lower body exercises without rest, say bicep curls, then lunges , rest and repeat. With cardio, try sprinting 100m, jog 100m and repeat.

    5) Have 5-6 healthy meals a day(1 plate portions) to keep your body satisfied
    6) if you have cravings drink water or eat fruits

    7) have an action plan for long term goals, start off with small goals and increase it gradually over time. And you will see in your size drop.
    8) form a support group. Make yourself accountable to someone like your parents/relatives/friends/partners. Best yet, get them to participate in a healthy lifestyle.

    green tea – speeds up metabolism a bit + drinking will make you full because of its volume [water]
    coffee – fills up stomach + smelling it can suppress appetite
    cayenne pepper – principle of spicy foods will boost metabolism by a bit
    omega-3 EFA – helps in long term
    kelp supplements – helps speed up metabolism only if your metabolism is slow
    diary stuff – research showed that ppl who had diary regularly [or took diary supplements] lost 5kg more in a year [so long term result]
    water – fills you up and does take away appetite
    herbal teas – ditto water
    grapefruit – does something, can’t remember what, sorry
    if you have cravings for something, drink 1tsp of light olive oil – takes away cravings apparently.
    eat foods that are said to be negative calories

    yeah ,to add a long to the water thing,drink cold water becuz water fill ur stomach quik and if ur stomach is too full u cant eat =]]]]]]

    cinnamon,Cayenne pepper
    any spice is good
    water, green tea, fruits, vegetables
    cereal with wheat’s
    eat hot meals
    eat slow and close your eyes
    and chew your food really good eat fish
    try to stay away from
    a lot of hamburger, ham,
    soda, suger,salt just cut down that is all
    i only eat t-bone steak every three months
    fried chicken is a no no
    theres hormones in it
    eat grilled food ad spices
    eating healthy and training your brain
    it has to become a life style not a diet
    oh yeah another thing
    hoodia was made for hunger pains
    thatsone of the reasons it makes you feel
    more hungery
    make sure to start a colen cleanse
    to start off with this advice

    the slim fast diet works for my sister i heard theyre great and effective and my sister lost a lot of weight using the slimfast program.
