I’ve Been Drinking Alot Of Green Tea. I Dont Seem To Be Losing Any Weight. Im At A Platuea. Any Advice?

I agree with D up there
you shouldn’t solely count on green tea to lose weight
it’s more of a weight management thing than weight loss
it prevents fat from being formed.
but exercise and nutrition + green tea is best

    To lose weight, you need to consume fewer calories than you need to maintain your weight. Having said that, eat between 250-500 fewer calories than you usually do each day. You should lose weight at a rate of 0.5 – 1 lb per week.

    Stop eating sugar – no sugar, no white flour, no white rice.
