I’ve Been Drinking Alot Of Green Tea. I Dont Seem To Be Losing Any Weight. Im At A Platuea. Any Advice?

you shouldn’t solely count on green tea to lose weight
it’s more of a weight management thing than weight loss
it prevents fat from being formed.
but exercise and nutrition + green tea is best
