Should I Drink Green Tea After Meals?
I’m trying to lose a few pounds off so I’ve been drinking green tea after every meal I eat, but I’ve read somewhere that it’s bad to drink tea immediately after eating and drinking it one hour after meals is best.
Is it true? If it is, then would drinking it one hour after eating still help me lose weight?
Idk if its true but i do drink green tea everyday and since i started i dont get so many stomach aches.
