How Do I Lose Weight In Just A Week?
I am 17 year old girl and I am 143 pounds and want to at least lose 12 pounds during a week! I was planning to not eat anything all day and just eat in the evenings at around 5pm with my family. I am going on holiday with my friend in two weeks and wanted to have lost that weight before we go! Could you please help me out!
You will lose more body fat eating protein and fat (don’t eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL. To lose weight fast eat all you want but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter and half an avocado a day (you’ll need added potassium). Keep your fat percentage high. Adding in green vegetables & some cheese will continue weight loss but at a slower pace.
If you starve yourself, your body will freak out and want to store every ounce in case it doesn’t get nourished again. You need to give it adequate nourishment so it doesn’t slow your metabolism down to compensate for lowered calories.

You can’t starve yourself through out the day, because that can lead to binging, wihich happens to me sometimes. So, just try to eat healthy, stick to low-fat food(not fried or greasy) and get some moderate activity. At least treat yourself to junk food once a week so you can stay motivated.
Instead of not eating all day, and craving food in the evening, try eating 6 times a day, but really small and low-calory portions.
Besides that, take up running, biking, or swimming, and try to do these exercises for a long period, longer then 30 minutes at least. If you want to work on your buns, try the article below.
