You need to be 18 in order to buy those things, they’re useless anyways. Trust me I was curious and tried a lot of things. The only thing that worked for me so far was running.
Even if they did work, you’d gain it all back once you run out.
Also you can’t rely on those things to give you the results you want. You control your own work outs, therefor you can control your results.
Green tea is good though drink it anyways!! =]
oh I forgot, do not even try the green tea pills, it’s still a diet pill and they can mess you up later on, my friend’s father needs surgery now because he experimented with so many diet pills.

First off you are 13 and you are going to think your fat because you see in magazines how skinny, pretty and blonde teenage girls are today. Well those images are fake. The green tea pills don’t do anything but clean your colon. I encourage you not to take any pills. I was 15 and took hydroxycut and gained 20 lbs. Totally opposite of what i wanted.

You are a great weight right now. You shouldn’t lose any.
Green tea is very healthy whether you are losing weight or not.
You shouldn’t be taken any weight loss pills at 13 unless prescribed by a doctor. Also there are no real weight loss pills approved by the FDA except for Alli.

Weight loss is achieved by consuming fewer calories than you burn.
That’s it. Virtually all pills/teas/etc are gimmicky scams that rely on the placebo effect.

no…you are not overweight..pills are for people who are more that 10-20lbs overweight….by your height and your weight you are actually at a healthy weight and should not try the pills.
