When Is The Best Time To Drink Green Tea?
Hi.
I want to lose some weight so I have started drinking Green Tea, as well as doing exercise and eating healthier, because I heard it increases metabolism and has other health benefits.
But I was wondering, when is the best time to drink a cup of Green Tea so that I can get the full benefits from it?
For example, should I drink it before or after a meal? Also, how long before/after should I drink it?
The same with exercise…should I drink it before or after doing exercise?

For green tea I just drink it in the morning. For what to drink before or after an exercise, you can just go to a supplement place and buy protein shakes for before and after the work out
