What Is The Fastest Way 2 Lose Weight ( Exercise And Food Wise)?

Im doing a body building tournament and I need to lose weight fast and gain muscle fast. So if u can please help me. Thank you!

    eat as healthy as possible: don’t try the starvation thing try to eat healthy like salads and light stuff
    Drink water: drinking water is a healthy cause you wouldn’t be putting any pounds on yourself and the water would kind of like cleansing your system and would flush the fat cells try doing it after working out that’s even better
    exercise: you probably already know that but it really does make the process faster. Running is the most original and the best way to lose fat and strenghthen your body. to gain muscle lift weights!

    Get in touch with a personal trainer who specializes in muscle development and bodybuilding.
    For a tourny, you gain weight first and then shed through diet changes and various supplements used by bodybuilders. Many of those supplements are not safe in the long run and should only be taken for 2-3 months or so leading up to the competition.
    In terms of gaining muscle mass; gym, protein, water and sleep are the most important.

    Work out at the gym 1 hr 30min daily or in your house.
    Take a jog as far as you can…
    Eat low in fat, I eat 15 grams or less in fat. Fruits and veggies don’t have the certain fat so when you eat those don’t count anyfat fro those.
    I don’t work out because I don’t want muscle and I just run or jog 1,000 steps for every gram of fat but with that exersize you can cut it down to 500. Don’t count calories or carbs just total fat!
