How Many Times Should I Run A Week To Lose Weight?
im currently running twice a week mostly at night. i run 3 laps round a basketball court, 20 push ups, 20 sit ups, one suicide and the beep test until 5.
is this enough to lose at least 1 kg a week?
It also depends on how much you eat. If you do all that, but have bad eating habits it won’t do any good.
