I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months.  Now, I am on my 3rd year and I am maintaining my weight from 56kilos to 60 kilos nowadays.

		<description>Eat less :)  Just because you are served a ton of food doesn&#039;t mean you have to eat it all.  Also, Indian food does have many healthy options consisting of fruits and vegetables.  You definitely don&#039;t need &quot;diet food&quot; to lose weight, the most important thing is to eat in moderation.</description>
