Would Having A Black Tea Or Green Tea Be Any Beneficial To Me (and Ditching The French Vanilla Capp)?

Trying to be healthier. i can’t start the day without having a hot drink though – i normally have a french vanilla capp but until this summer im trying to have green or black tea. would that help me lose weight & be healthier or is all the same junk?
(ps i use 0 calorie sugar)

    yes, tea is much better for you. especially green and white teas. they are high in egcg (antioxidants).
    some benefits from coffee and the like have been argued, but tea is decidedly better.
    and tea will not stain your teeth as badly!
