I Would Like To Know If Anyome Has Lost Any Weight Of Green Tablets?

i have lost some weight but i don’t now if it’s the green tea tablets.

    Green tea tablets, and any other type of tablets are useless for losing weight. You may see some initial drop in weight, but it’s not good weight loss, and that weight won’t stay off.
    You need to stay away from gimmicks like that. The only way to lose weight the right way, and make it stay off is a balanced diet and regular exercise. 30 minutes of intense cario 3 times a week….ATLEAST!
