You would lose 1-5 lbs of water weight in a few days and gain it all back as soon as you started eating again. You would get sick very quickly, couldn’t keep it up for more than a week.
You can safely lose 1-2 lbs a week eating a sensible 1200 calorie a day diet. Daily eat 2-3 servings of protein, 4-5 servings of carbs, 2-4 servings of fruit, 5-8 servings of veggies and 3-4 servings of milk or dairy.

Besides losing fat (and some muscle – happens unless you lift weights) you will lose a lot of water weight at the beginning as well. So you will initially see up to10% of your body weight disappear in the first 7 days, in addition to the fat loss.

You’re going to gain weight because your body will think it is starving and therefore will hold onto every single calorie you put in your mouth. Starving will also making your metabolism even slower so it will make it harder to lose weight the right way.
Well if you want to lose muscle tissue and send your organs into shock, this might be the way to go. Eventually you’d lose enough to fit into a small casket.
Celery has virtually no calories so you probably suffer a heart attack for sure sooner or later.
DON’T just eat healthy foods but don’t eat to little you’d lose more from having 3 meals a day with tomatoes an egg and some rice!
