Green Tea And Weight Loss..?

I have drank it before and lost alot of weight, no sugar in it or nothing, just straight green tea…i have been drinking it again and just wondering if anyone else knows much about the stuff from personal experience.

    Excess consumption of Green Tea causes diarrhoea. Maximum should be 2-3 cups a day. Otherwise one would be visiting the bathroom quite frequently.

    Yea it’s really good. I also have green tea gum that’s really good ^_^ White tea is also good for you too.

    also be very careful about drinking green tea on empty stomache. its really hard on it.

    You only really lose weight because your filling your self up with liquid and the green tea speeds your matabolism by like 10%. And thats nothing really. If you want to lose more stick with the green tea and do cardio.

    I heard that green tea helps if you have high cholesterol and it also helps you lose weight.Anyways,I tried it and all I got was heart palpitations.Never again.
