Whats So Good About Green Tea?

If i drank it 3 times a day would i lose weight and i would exercise and eat 500 calories less.
So whats soo good about green tea and could i lose weight from it?

    it has only about a third of caffeine that coffee has (more healthier!), limits growth of cancer tumors, prolongs life expectancy, lowers rates of heart disease, lowers cholesterol, and yes, it helps with obesity so it probably means you could lose weight from it (=

    Speeds the metabolism so you can eat the same but your body doesn’t store the extra calories away as fat.

    Green tea is great at fighting free radicals. You shouldn’t expect to lose a ton of weight with though (unless you’re replacing soda or juice with green tea) It’s not a miracle tea!
