can’t store fat if you don’t eat fat. But not eating, while it will cause you to loose weight, it will also cause you to die.

Okay, first of all, eating less food is not the solution to your problems. All that will do is cause chemicals in your brain to register as you are in a position where food is scarce, and you will go into survival mode, meaning that your brain will force you to conserve as much energy as it can. In short, your reflexes will slow, your movement will become sluggish, and you will have trouble losing any weight. In fact, you may actually gain weight due to the way these chemicals work! The secret is in the number of calories that you consume. 3500 calories is equal to 1 lbs of fat stored on your body. There are several calculators online that will tell you how many calories you need to eat each day in order to maintain your current weight. All you have to do now is make sure that you eat 500 calories less than that amount, and do an exercise of your choice every day that will burn just 250 calories. At the end of the month, you will have lost nearly 10lbs. Do this for six months, and you will have lost almost 60 lbs.! Once you are at a comfortable weight, you need to maintain it. But by this time, it will be a lifestyle change, and this won’t be hard for you to do. One recommendation is that you eat celery when you feel hungry. You actually burn more calories than you consume chewing it! Also, before every meal, drink one full glass of water. This will not only keep you hydrated, but you will eat less, and feel full faster. This is because there is a sensitive pressure point in your stomache (near the top). As you eat, food will eventually reach this point, and the pressure will inform you that you are “full”. Also, take vitamins. You brain actually gives you cravings for certian foods based on what types of vitamins and minerals it registers your body having a diffeciency of. For example, if you are needing more vitamin C, you may crave oranges or chili peppers. Pregnant women as well as those going through their menstrual cycle get strange cravings because of this brain function. Do all of these things, and I guarentee that unless you have some sort of disorder, you will lose weight. I warn you, though, do not try to lose weight any faster than the way I have givin you here. If you do, your body will likely have an adverse reaction, and you will suffer the consaquenses.

To lose weight, you need to get your body to use up these stores of fat. The most effective way to do this is to:
1.reduce the amount of calories you eat 2.increase your levels of activity.
Introduce changes gradually-Small changes can make a big difference. One extra biscuit a week can lead you to gain 5lb a year – cut that biscuit out of your diet and you’ll lose the same amount.
Increase your activity levels-There are lots of ways to increase the amount of activity you do. Team sports, racket sports, aerobics classes, running, walking, swimming and cycling will all improve your fitness levels.

Fat on our body is just like fat on bears or other animals when they hibernate. The fat is used for energy when there is lack of food. Humans however lose fat, but mainly muscle when they starve themselves since they cannot hibernate.
If you don’t eat, your metabolism won’t store fat, since where can the fat go if not from food?
Lastly to lose weight, make your your net calories is 500 less than what you normally eat. That simple. You can lose 500 calories through diet and exercise.
    Good Luck

yea after a while of not eating enough yu start to lose weight but that called being anorexic but if yu do it for like a week first yur stomach with alot of water then anything yu eat after that even if yu eat a lil piece of anything it will store it as fat. its your bodys way of saving food because it thinks that yu’ll never feed it for a while… so if yur tryin to lose weight and planning never to eat again then thats yu but if yu jus do it the healthy way yur body will reward yu!

If you don’t eat, then your body thinks it needs to feed itself so it begins to use itself as food and then you do. Just don’t eat as much, but dont kill yourself
